2. Scope of Services
Med Aura Medical Billing provides medical billing, medical coding, provider credentialing, payer enrollment, prior authorization, denial management, and revenue cycle management services to healthcare providers and organizations. In connection with these services, we may deliver communications via electronic means, including email, phone, and SMS text messages. This Agreement applies to all interactions with the Website and our services, whether as a client, prospective client, visitor, or recipient of SMS messages.
Specific engagements between Med Aura and its clients are governed by separate written service agreements and, where applicable, Business Associate Agreements under HIPAA. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement controls with respect to that engagement.
3. SMS Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Med Aura Medical Billing, you agree to receive text messages strictly related to our services, such as:

We never send promotional or marketing SMS messages.
3.2 Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on the nature of your interaction with our services. The typical cadence is up to 5 messages per week, though this may vary based on your account activity and service needs.
3.3 Fees and Charges
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for text messages, including SMS delivery, retrieval, or data usage. By opting in, you acknowledge that you are responsible for any such carrier charges.

Once you opt out, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further text messages will be sent to you after that. You may continue to receive email or other non-SMS notifications as permitted under this Agreement. For assistance at any time, reply HELP to any message.
3.6 Data Handling and Privacy

SMS opt-in data and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be shared with third parties or affiliates under any circumstances for marketing purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
